W. Jean Bartee 81 of Holt Missouri died Tuesday Jan. 11, 2022, at a Liberty Missouri hospital. Born on Feb. 1, 1940, in Weston Missouri to Clarence E. and Dora Lee (Roudebush) Dale. She was a graduate of Smithville High School class of 1957. She was a Christian and worked in security at the Kansas Speedway.  Jean was an avid Chiefs fan and loved playing Blue Grass music with the Habot Band.  She was a very good woman and mother. Jean loved speedway her cow.  You could always find her in the yard working.  She would host the annual Memorial Day Picnics at her house.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Albert (Bud) Lee Bartee, son Donnie Bartee, Brother Billie Dale and fiancé Deryle Cline.

Survivors include her children David Bartee and Debra (Mitch) McGinnis both of Holt Missouri; Dennis (Jodi) Bartee of Lathrop Missouri and Donna (Chris) Musslin of Kansas City Missouri; Chester Reed and Mike Franke; two sisters Shirley Adkins and Sharon Holt. 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, her best friend Mary Eddings and a host of nieces and nephews.
