Shirley F. Thomas 73 of Plattsburg Missouri died Sunday February 13, 2022, at the University of Kansas Medical Center Kansas City Kansas.  Born on November 21,1948 in Mountain Home Arkansas to Milton and Norma J. (Smothers) Kindle. Shirley was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Plattsburg, where she was involved in the Kitchen Committee, AWANA, WMU and the Sewing Circle.  On December 9, 1978, she married James M. Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Milton Kindle.

Survivors include her husband James of the home, her children Timothy Nevius of Kansas City, MO; Jeremy Thomas of Plattsburg MO; Tracy Thomas of Kansas City, MO., Three brothers Rick, Clarence and Charles Kindle.
