Robert Norman Tate 82 of Plattsburg Missouri died Sunday Dec. 17, 2017 at a local healthcare center. Born on Dec. 27, 1934 in Plattsburg Missouri to Gordon and Gertie Tate. Norman was a member of the Second Baptist Church Plattsburg.

Survivors include his sister Jessie L. Harris of Plattsburg Missouri and Brother Clay Burris of San Antonio Texas.
