Raleigh Morgan Phillips 69 of Plattsburg died Thursday Nov. 29, 2018 at a Kansas City Missouri Hospital. Born on Feb. 6, 1949 in St. Joseph Missouri to Edward T. and Marjorie (Bohart) Phillips. He was a graduate Plattsburg High School and attended college. Raleigh was a farmer and real estate broker. He was a member of the Son's of the Confederate Veterans.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Edward T. Phillips Jr.
Survivors include his son Alex Phillips of Plattsburg Missouri; sister Lynne Phillips of Castle Rock Colorado; two nephews David and Jim Rieners; his niece Sadina Phillips Millard; step daughter Andrea Powell and 2 step grandchildren RJ and Renea.
