Patricia A. Lowry 85 of Plattsburg formerly of Smithville Missouri died Sunday January 12, 2025, at Oakridge Nursing Home in Plattsburg, MO.  Born on July 26, 1939, in Plattsburg to Buell and Thelma (Blankenship) Norris.  She attended school in Plattsburg.  Patricia was a homemaker and loved to shop and go out to eat.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kent Lowry, brother Eldon L. Norris.

Survivors include 3 daughters Sherrie (Dwaine) Homan of Smithville, MO; Connie (John Chavez) Mosley of Gower MO; Robin (Bryan) Olson of Lawson MO., 11 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and her companion Owens Carter of Smithville MO.
