Lora C. Locascio 60 of Kansas City Missouri passed away Tuesday May 23, 2023, at the St. Luke's Hospice House in Kansas City Missouri.  Born on February 7, 1963, in Inglewood California to James and Charlene (Boan) Locascio.  She was a high school and college graduate. She worked as a Registered Nurse.

Lora was preceded in death by her parents, brother James Locascio.

Survivors include her daughters Chelsea (Colin) Mogg of Kansas City Missouri; Sydnie Locascio of Little Rock Arkansas; three grandchildren; her sister Kathy (Mike) Spiegelhalter; her brother Russell (Brenda) Locascio and her stepfather Jerry Willis.
