Jackie Bill Day, 75, Lathrop, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

He was born in Wright County, Missouri to Tennie Day on January 7, 1947. He graduated High School in 1965. Jackie married Janet Kay Grayer on April 2, 1971. Together they share a wonderful 51 years of marriage.

He was a member of the American Legion #467 in Lathrop, Missouri.

Jackie enjoyed playing guitar, fishing, and feeding his Squirrel that always came around the house.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Janet; two sons, Travis Day (Stephanie) and Trevis Day (Angela); granddaughter, Dakota Day; brothers, Jerry Day, Raymond Day and Roger Day; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Graveside Services 11:00 A.M. Monday, Lathrop Cemetery, Lathrop, Missouri.  The family will receive friends 5:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, Bailey & Cox Family Funeral Service, Plattsburg, Missouri.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (https://themmrf.org/).
