Frances L. "Fran" Broderick 81 of Liberty, MO., formally of Plattsburg Missouri died Tuesday Sept 18, 2018 at a Liberty Missouri Hospital. Fran was born on Oct. 11, 1936 in rural Plattsburg to Robert and Gladys (Woods) Devling. She was a graduate of Plattsburg High School. Fran moved to Liberty after her marriage to Robert Broderick.
Fran volunteered many hours in Camp Fire Girls, Immacolata Manor Motorcycle Ride Fundraisers, Thrift Shop and the Truman Library.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Bob, two brothers Hudson and Poodle Devling.
Survivors include her two children Julie Dalton and husband John of Liberty MO; Kevin Broderick and wife Robin of Lees Summit Mo.; her grandson David Dalton; brother Harold "Speck" Devling and wife Sharen of Plattsburg MO., sister in laws Lavada Devling, Loretta Broderick, Barbara Arensberg and husband Pete and host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00am Saturday Sept. 22, 2018 at St. Ann's Catholic Church Plattsburg Mo. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery Plattsburg. A Parish Rosary will be recited at 6pm Friday Sept. 21, 2018 at the funeral home with visitation following until 8PM.
