Donald Gene Grafton of Plattsburg MO age 83 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 5. He was born near Smithville, Missouri to Earnest Lyle Grafton and Frances Hill Grafton on March 28, 1934 and moved to Clinton County In 1947.

Gene farmed extensively for many years, worked in the auto and wellness industries and was well respected for his abilities to do most anything well. Carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, electrical work, and bulldozing were just a few of the types of things he could do well and which he often did for others.

He loved talking to people and was one of those folks who "never met a stranger". He will be sorely missed by his large family which are too numerous to mention and by his many friends.

He was an active member of the Bible Baptist Church 515 South Elm Street Cameron Missouri where services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday August 9, 2017. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery Plattsburg, Missouri.
