Deborah (Debbie) Charmane Young, 70 of Lathrop, Mo., passed away peacefully December 20, 2022. At a local health care center.

She was born June 30, 1952 in Kansas City, Mo to Clifford & Adelene Craighead Morrow.

She worked as a dispatcher for Clinton County Sheriff's Department for 17 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Sue.

Survivors include two sons, Patrick Watts and John (Rachael) Young.  Five Grandchildren, Haley and Joshua Watts, Sunny, Sky, and William Young.  Two Great Grand Daughters, Juno and Aria Zeikle, and her good friend Sue Smith. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
