Bobby L. Petifurd 87 of Plattsburg Missouri died Friday June 21, 2019 at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City KS. Born on Aug 4, 1931 in Sikeston MO., to Charlie and Carrie (Bledsoe) Petifurd. Bobby was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Ford Motor Company after many years of service. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War, Masonic Lodge and The United Auto Workers Union.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son Gary Petifurd and 7 siblings.
Survivors include his wife Margaret Petifurd of the home, daughter Bobby (Ronnie) May of Plattsburg MO; sons Danny (Anita) Petifurd of Cameron Mo; Gary Lee (Teri) Petifurd of Kansas City, MO; Steven (Diane) Petifurd of Pleasant Valley MO; sister Laverne Bunch; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Healing farewell service will be held 1:00pm Thursday June 27, 2019 at the Bailey & Cox Funeral home Plattsburg. Interment will be in the Green Lawn Cemetery with military honors.
